I haven’t had the time nor the energy to stand in the shower for an extra half and hour trying to shave my legs, I have really course Inuit leg hair.

I’m a new mom, so bear with me, I haven’t been able to shave in about a month, so the hair on my legs is about as long as it gets.

My question is, should I shave with a regular razor before using my Electric one? Will the longer hairs mess it up, or is that what the trimmer does? I don’t want to get a bunch of longer hairs tangled up in the blade. Is the electric razor meant for that sort of thing, or am I better off shaving regularly one last time before going electric?

Is there a big difference? Aside from possibly getting mocked by my guy friends, would I get an equally good shave from a woman’s electric razor? The only difference I see might be that the razor head is a bit smaller than a guy’s electric razor, but other than that it doesn’t seem like there’s that much difference. Anyone know if there’s much difference?

As a side question, if I do use this model, do you think people would easily recognize this as a girl’s electric razor? Hopefully, I don’t get mocked too much. ;-)
